Legality Checker

Advisory only. Not an official legality determination — crew scheduling and the company's systems make the final call.

Instructions
  1. Print your schedule. In CCS+, select Schedule from the sidebar and go to the applicable month. On the top-right of the navigation bar, select Print and choose the options as shown below – make sure times are set to Best Available, so trips you've already flown count your actual block. The schedule downloads as a PDF. Do this for last month, this month, and next month if it's available. CCS print options
  2. Load your schedule – choose ONE:
    1. Upload the PDFs (recommended). Under CCS+ schedule PDF(s), select Choose Files, pick your PDFs, then select Load files. The green Loaded: line shows which months are in. You can add a month later without re-loading the others; loading the same month again replaces the older copy. Clear PDFs starts over.
    2. Paste the text. Open each PDF, click and drag to select all of the trip information as shown below, and copy it (Ctrl+C). Then open ▸ Other ways to load your schedule (below the file picker) and paste it into the matching box (last, this, or next month). Selecting the schedule in the PDF
    3. Use your Google Calendar link. If your schedule shows up in Google Calendar, open ▸ Load from your Google Calendar (between the file picker and the paste boxes), follow the steps there to copy your calendar's secret address in iCal format, paste it, and select Load calendar. The link stays in your browser only. Calendars don't show deadheads, so you'll be asked to tick every trip you deadheaded on, past and upcoming.
  3. Copy the trip. Open the pairing you want in the Trade Center, then left-click and drag to select all of the trip information as shown below. Copy it and paste it into the Trip from CCS box. Selecting a trip in the Trade Center
  4. Enter your actual block. In Pilot Mobile, open the CCO page to find your current actual block for the last 672 hours and for the year. Enter them in the Actual block, last 672 and Actual block, last 365 boxes as hours:minutes (for example, 88:20).
  5. Check it. To evaluate a trade, tick the trip(s) you'd drop. Then select Submit Request. Results appear below the form.

Please cover crew names and employee numbers before attaching. Images up to 5 MB.

Please don't paste schedules here – they include other crew members' names.

In CCS+, print last month, this month, and next month (once published) as PDFs using Best Available times, then pick them all here. Multiple files at once is allowed. Files are never saved on the server.

Load from your Google Calendar
🔒 Your calendar link stays in this browser only. Each time you check, it's sent to our server just long enough to read your calendar, then discarded – never saved or logged. Anyone who has the link can see your calendar, so don't share it, and don't use this on a shared computer. To remove it from this browser, click Forget my link. To cut off the link everywhere, reset it in Google Calendar (Reset next to the secret address). Because the link is kept only in this browser, you'll need to paste it again on a different browser or device, in a private window, or after clearing your browsing data.

Google: on a computer, open Google Calendar → gear icon → Settings → click your trip calendar → Integrate calendar → copy Secret address in iCal format.
Work schedule on an iPhone, iPad or Mac? That calendar is linked to your CCS login, so it can't be loaded here – use the PDF upload above instead.

⚠ Calendars don't show deadheads. After loading, open every trip with a deadhead – past and upcoming – and tick those legs below. Otherwise they're counted as flown block and FDP. H FAKE legs are ticked for you.
Other ways to load your schedule (paste text)

Only needed if you can't upload the PDFs. Paste each month's schedule text into its box.
